Customers may request information on the status of their shipment both via sms and e-mail, or track its route on the Track and Trace surface of our web site. For an even more effective and simple customer service, we have also developed an E-helpdesk at our web site where clients may submit their general requests at any time of the day, quickly and online.

Since our predecessor in title, Road Parcel Ltd., used to be present in the country since 1997, we have a professional past of more than 15 years in the Hungarian market. Above that, the Austrian Post that became our owner in 2007, provides a background to us that ensures our company’s development for long years to come.

Present everywhere

We pick up and transport packages in the entire territory of the country with the help of 18 depots, and deliver them the next working day following their receipt. What’s more, we also undertake shipments to international destinations, involving 16 countries.
